Issue Using CATALINA_HOME as directory for the extension mappings fails to load Alfresco.

Setup NetBeans5.0+Tomcat5.5, or another setup with Tomcat5.5 where CATALINA_HOME and CATALINA_BASE are separate.

Resolution Use CATALINA_BASE as directory for extension mappings.
